Certification for Disability Exemptions (N-648)
A neuropsychologist evaluates and documents cognitive or psychological conditions that impair a person's ability to meet naturalization requirements, providing the necessary certification for them to qualify for an exemption through Form N-648.
Memory Disorders and Dementia
Memory disorders and dementia evaluations include a clinical interview, cognitive testing, behavioral assessments, and medical history review to assess cognitive decline and reductions in daily functioning. Results guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
Attentional Deficits and Hyperactivity (ADHD)
A neuropsychological evaluation for ADHD involves a clinical interview, behavioral assessments, cognitive testing, and observations to assess symptoms and cognitive functions. Psychological testing identifies co-existing conditions. Results are discussed in a feedback session with tailored treatment recommendations
Latin Dance Workshops

How does the testing process look like?

How do I prepare for the testing day?
Prepare for neuropsychological testing by getting a good night’ sleep, bringing necessary identification (picture ID) and medical records (neurologist and PCPs note), bringing a bottle of water and a snack, staying calm, and arriving 15 minutes before the appointment time.
Do you offer telehealth?
Telehealth services are offered to our patients on a case by case basis.
How do I pay for my services?
We are in network with multiple medical insurance companies (Medicare, AETNA, Preferred). We also accept out of pocket payments (Credit Cards, Zelle, and Cash).
